The Body by Vi 90-day challenge attracted a lot of media attention for performing the world largest simultaneous flash mob across all cites led by Alfonso Ribeiro or better known as Carlton, performing “the carlton”.
The flash mob was a fun way to create awareness about the number one health movement in North America. Participants of the 90-day challenge met across cities to show their dance moves but also make a statement about their 90-day challenges. Each person has their own personal challenge. Checking in with just a few, we found that the challenges were to lose 40 pounds, participate in a triathlon, get a six pack, have better health, help family have more nutrition and lose weight, do 10 pull-up, lose 75 pounds, lose 20 pounds, build lean muscle mass, etc.
